Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all activities booked with Chasing Swell. All individuals must read these Terms, so please take a few minutes to read them carefully. If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
Payment
When booking your activity with Chasing Swell, we will send you a confirmation and a reservation form. We require the full cost to be paid in cash either Moroccan Dirhams, Euros or Swiss Francs on your first day. Currently, we do not accept credit cards on site.
Insurance policy
Everyone booking an activity with Chasing Swell must have full and comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for participation in water sport. Chasing Swell accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property during their stay. Guests must obtain their travel insurance independently.
Renting Equipment
All guests are responsible for their own surfing equipment. We require the customer to return the device in its original condition, in case of damage, the customer has to bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged devices.
Surf Guiding
Surf guiding does not include teaching. You need to be able to manage yourself in the water. The surf guides will take you to surf spots and suggest where to surf but are not in any way responsible for clients safety or for injury whilst surfing.Privacy Policy Chasing Swell guarantees that your personal information will be stored and used for Chasing Swell purposes only.
